Stolen bike replacement - Genesis steel frame, Tradesman, cargo frame - anyone selling something utlitarian?

Also on the hunt for dynamo wheels, drivetrain, all sorts. Looking for something I can fit a big rack to. Soma Tradesman, Omnium maybe, or just a steel frame with enough eyelets to fit something substantial.

Does a Condor Tempo fit the bill? This is lfgss after all...
I have a 58cm f+f plus most bits that I need to get rid of. (Would sell as f+f alone or complete apart from the fact that the rear wheel has a snapped spoke).

Nice, what make is the rack?

It’s another Pizza Rack from Sepcialized but it’s not easy to mount on this frame. Worked really well on the last one. So that might need to change.
