What happens to the indicated threaded 'sleeve'? Do I need that for the hidden bolt hole in the cranks (in storage somewhere so I can't check right now) or do you need that to mount the ring? I don't really care, just want it to be in the right place for whoever needs it...

Awesome! The threaded sleeve is part of the chainring afaik, at least on the 2x set that I have. Sending PM to arrange the rest.

In a similar vein to AlexD, if you would be so kind as to post me a few bits at your convenience and my cost(I'm in no great rush either) that'd be awesome.

Specifically the quill adapter and the chain tensioner, with maybe a plastic spider saddle, unless it bumps up postage costs/somebody more deserving wants it...
