I'm saying, if you don't finish the tour you should not really be able to claim you wore the yellow Jersey. It's a bit lame to come, ride, then pack your bags and go home.

to be fair to him, i'd argue it's very MVDP to come to something, win the biggest prize, then fuck off to do something else

According to his strava, the wind was 4.9 kmh from WNW. Perhaps at the start of the segment there was a slight advanrage, but for the rest I'm not convinced that was the case. Looking at the hillside being east, I don't think he experienced a lot of wind at all.

Hard to erase all the photos from history and to be fair to him I'm yet to hear him bragging about having been in yellow since his withdrawal.

Ironically today the Tour goes right past the chalet in Tignes where Roglic was based for the last few weeks.
