Not much of a photo, but really pleased with my solution to camera carrying. Having a massive padded thing inside the bar bag was taking up too much room, so chopped it down and using double sided velcro to hold in place, attached to side. So have a nice safe area, but still 75% of the room for snacks etc.
The side panel is stuck on, but only velcro to the sides, so if I want to carry a bigger camera, I can take the 1/4 out and attach the 3/4 to the same side! (But obvs losing useful space).

Cheers!
Another visit this evening to the plastic surgeon for my lip, I think we'll be planning a procedure after this one which should reduce the scar tissue and improve the outline of the upper lip.
The teeth will be long story, 3 of them are KIA but we're trying to revive them. I'm missing some bone / gum for one of the front teeth that probably needs to be lifted from the jaw and placed back to recover what's lost.
For now, I can eat with the back of my mouth but absolutly not with the front as those 3 teeth are not properly fixed in their sockets right now. Had to think twice yesterday trying to open the bottle whilst riding haha.
For the coming 6 weeks I've got fysio planned, twice a week for two hours. We're covering the hand, spine / neck, elbow and ankle during these sessions.
The good news however, is that my son is born, he's doing well and so is mum, so all is good in the world.

We did the following route which is a well known loop:
https://strava.app.link/Ew5qMlAS9Ib
It’s all rideable on a gravel bike apart from maybe one very small flat section that’s a bit rocky. There is a pretty nice non-MBA bothy after the Burma descent, the little out-and-back on the map.
