True but in the UK, or at least in London, snow is rare and wet weather is not...
These bikes are good for about 9 months of a typical year in Scotland :)

Love your rear light mount, much nicer than the band around the seatpost. Where did you get it from? Do you mount your front light on your mudguard too or am I seeing things?

It’s just a band of aluminium that’s the same width as one of the prongs of a go pro mount. Put a quarter turn twist in the middle and drill both ends, voila!
Yep, drilled the guards and mounted another Go Pro mount in to the front of the guards. I was worried that it would vibrate too much but it’s absolutely fine, even with a big Strada on it. Stick some plastic spacers between the prongs to make sure the fit is super tight.

What's the bar bag? I like the rubber straps, no velcro is a win.

Nice. I did something similar with a Nitto No8 lamp holder. The fixed Exposure mount works so much nicer than the rubber loop ones.

Winter partner of mine. Old Merida Speeder hybrid flatbar turned into winter bike with leftover parts from partsbox. Turns out gravelbikes were invented in 2006 as geometry is nearly 1:1 with most road'ish gravelbikes. 🤙

My old KHS Flite 800 on 25mm Paselas with SKS Longboards.
After a while I swapped out the original fork for a Cyfac unit to give me a little more steerer tube, and the front guard would no longer pass through so I trimmed it.

Late season entry. Need to work on better light mounting like above^, fiddle with mudguards and maybe some silver cranks instead.

That time of year i suppose. Had a little spin around the lanes this aft..Pretty bog standard really.
Does the job tho.

For winter with actual snow a winter bike needs to have mudguards at least 15-20 mil from the tire. Otherwise it just packs with snow and you get snow-sprayed feet and bike packed in snow in no time at all. 😅 Looks mjeh and in wet not most effective use of mudguards, but works. Nearly every bike posted here is a wet weather bike. 🤷
But nice to see your bikes, makes me want to take mine for a ride.
