Been rolling on this all winter (didn't realise my bars look so shit).

What are my options for a bike to ride on the road, with a threaded BB, and disc brakes and mudguards, in all weather? And doesn't look like shit. And is not fucking extortionate.

Something from Genesis? They seem to have gone up a bit in price since I last looked, but seem to still have threaded bb and now TA front and rear options. Also frame set only if that’s what you wanted?

My winter bike. Had a bad time of it this winter, the BB is seized (got the cranks out thankfully) and the headset is basically ratcheted.

It is fast though, feels a lot like the summer bike but heavier.

How you liking it now you've put some miles in? Still looking great BTW!

Still love it, ridden just over 5000km on it. Luckily you can't see the numerous paint chips in that photo 😳

Installed a customised daruma bolt for the front guard so can now comfortably fit a 28mm GP5000TL. Was fixing up my carbon summer bike the other day and afterwards I was thinking the bike I actually wanted to ride was the Demon!

Can't tell you how pleased I am to hear that.

1) that its getting some heavy use and 2) you're enjoying it as much as I did. It really is a fine ride and deserves a good home. It's surprisingly sprightly too.
