How long a drop do you need on the brakes? I might have some black Tektro R539 (47-57mm) up for sale soon.

I have just built a 26" entry level wheelset.

• Dahon Espresso/Jack single wall, pinned, no eyelets rims (for brakes).

• Makersville Singlespeed Flip Flop Hubs (9.5mm axles, loose bearings), spacing 100mm/120mm, spoke hole diameter 45mm, front wL and wR = 34.5mm, rear = 32mm.

• BLB Plain gauge 14G spokes & 12mm brass nipples. Powder coated white stainless steel spokes.

Can be Shimano if you fit a Shimano freewheel ;-)

I am only after £60 for the wheelset

Thanks Vince looks like a good deal. I'm after something with an hg freehub as I have lots of cogs to use.

What's the situ on the wheels? You have gone silent in the auld PMs.

Working nights sorry always throws me. I'm not sure if 120mm chain line is good for my build. Haven't had a chance to really get my head around it.

I have some TRP RG-957 long reach calipers in my classifieds thread atm, (on the off chance they're an acceptable substitute).
