Same - starting to feel like it's settling down now.

I had my second AZ jab on Saturday, not as bad as first jab back on 6th March. I feel fine, also glad I didn’t have to chase my GP.

Spoke too soon. Took the underground today and I'm sweating like a bastard and feeling knackered. Looks like it'll be a fun day at work.

Just booked myself for a.jab on Friday via NHS , I'm 34 and living in N4

Been trying every few hrs since Monday just on the off chance they update it

Still light headaches and a few hot flushes. Possible menopause ? Side effect.

Girlfriend (29) had hers yesterday - all fine so far just a sore arm.

Jabbed. Off to lick all of the things!

Got Pfizer yesterday, other than sore arm I feel nothing, its close to 24hrs, can I go for a bike ride?

On a similar note, I'm about to go for an 8mi run an hour after my jab. Hope I'm not going to regret this!

tldr: If you feel fine, go for it. If you don't feel ok and you exercise , its probably harmless anyway.

Pfizer for me too - back to the workshop the same day. Hope the second dose isn’t the sting in the tail...

Just had my second AZ jab, forum is noticeably faster now.

Update: did cycle to Bermondsey but had a veggie sausage roll in Deptford. Feel a bit weak now.

I'm booked in tonight for a Pfizer stabbing. Do most places ask you to hang around for 15 mins afterwards?

yes. Sometimes without enough chairs apparently.

Urgh. Partner is 30 but clinically vulnerable, just moved to the U.K. and in the process of registering with a GP. Phoned 119 and she was told there’s a 4-6 week delay in appointments for newly registered patients, so she’s not eligible until the end of June.

Anyone else come up against this?

That sounds harsh. I have no experience directly, but does she have anything documenting her condition? An NHS number? If so, you could try attending a vaccine clinic centre and asking directly. A couple of people in my wife's organisation are vulnerable for reasons that didn't get them on the "official" list of vulnerable conditions (ME and another physical disability). My wife wrote a supporting letter that they took to a vaccine centre and they got jabbed there and then. I wouldn't see that (or your partner's case) as queue jumping.

Place I went to even had egg timers by every chair!

My girl friend has recently moved to Manchester from London, she rocked up at a drop in centre and they jabbed her, they said to get the 2nd she would have to register with a local GP.

First jab with the Pfizer vaccine went smoothly yesterday at the Queen Mary hospital. Great to see loads of people queuing up and generally obeying all of the social distancing rules. Obligatory 15 min wait after the jab but no questions as to how I was traveling home (I cycled).

Arm sore this morning and feel hungover, so have lobbed in a couple of paracetamol and now just getting through the day as normal. May do a turbo session at lunch depending on how I feel.

I have my first jab next Friday, the issue for me is the timing of the second jab puts it bang in the middle of August.
We plan to go see family in Canada is possible sensible etc. I’ve already had COVID in Jan.

What’s the best course of action or my options?
