I was able to get the beast out for a quick spin, so here are some daylight pics with the gipiemme wheels. Also big thanks to all the guys that already offered spare parts for this build!

Do you have a pic of yourself/someone riding this? Would love to see the position on those horns !

Can't be much fun to ride it with this much drop. Have you considered putting risers on it?
-
• #38
no, no pics of me riding it, but could be done once the weather allows for a qiuck spin. and I did not consider putting a riser on it, I already have three riserbar-setups :

first ride with the moscow bars was quite pleasing. as it was a solo ride, it was not possible for me to photograph myself in the riding position, but it's more comfy than I first thought.

Lovely frameset and build

Good to hear you‘re happy with the fit. If you still feel like decreasing the saddle to bar drop you could rotate the horns of the bars upwards. If it was mine, I‘d consider a Look ergostem - it could raise the bars and style points ;)

may look a bit "ultra-low" but seems to fit my long limbs just fine. the bullhorn is higher than the drops of the cinelli 65 bars, so no real need to go higher...... I have other bikes for comfortable riding.

Fair enough :) I‘m still convinced that an ergostem would look great on this. But I understand that it is one of those love-it-or-hate-it items...

looked for some inspiration online and decided to go for yellow bartape, the current black ones are on their third rewrap and don't feel so nice anymore.

Should look awesome!
Serious question though: how far into your seat tube does your seatpost go? Does it extend below the junction with the top tube? Real risk of over-stressing the frame if it doesn’t!
-
• #48
it inserts like, 15-17 cm? It's a really long mtb version, total lentgh is 370mm. far longer than the first post
-

Interesting. That’s a lot of leverage working on the upper extended part of the seat tube, and I’m guessing from the size of your other bikes you’re a taller rider. Maybe I’m wrong but it may be something to keep in mind.

true! yeah I've got long legs so always on the hunt for extra long seatposts. the upper part of the seat tube is not pure carbon, it's got an aluminium insert wich also holds the clamping bolt, so this area feels reinforced enough
I found an original 1” head cap from a cinelli alter stem today should be the same as the one that came with the intergralers, you can pick it up for free if you want it lad
