So I contacted the original ebay seller and asked them to contact the buyer and see if it had been stolen or anything recently. Apparently it hasn't, and it isn't for sale. It's still safe and sound in it's owner's house.
So (as far as I can figure out) the photos on this thread are basically of a bike that isn't for sale.

Seems like fraud, will forward IP and email to the police and leave up for them to see.

Won't ban the advertiser, any time they come onto the site they'll help me by giving me more information on them.
