The 80" gearing (48/15) is a bit heavier than I am used to, but I'll stick with it for now.

Never liked the tread on those tyres.

I have the Berlin version on my Rondinella and hate them.

Now that the dazzle bike lives, the Rondinella can become purely track again and might go back to tubs.

The Carradice was for you btw.

I've never ridden them, it was 'dillos only for me.

Very good. I think the garish Mash bar tape mentioned upthread would make it though. Despite the saddle and the spok, this almost feels too restrained somehow.

Needs chopped risers.

I agree. But not sure what shape bars to put on. I like these flat bars.

I wonder what it would look like if I wrapped the top tube in that bar tape... Between the sticker and the Pista logo.

I have zero skills when it comes to painting.

I've ordered a b/w Fiammante tyre for the front. Let's hold back on strong aesthetic changes til that is on.

They only come in 23mm, but the rear is a 25mm. I don't think that will look too odd though, given the difference in wheel types. Might even look right.

Needs a nice padded top tube protector for max skidder points. And yes, bars narrower than the Carradice. Just enough room for 1 hand on each side....
