  • Looks great!

  • First new projects in a while are now ready to crack on with. Claud butler beater SS commuter and a winter road Singular Osprey...

  • Dibs singular! Sad I missed out on it.

  • Decent chance I won't keep it so noted!

  • Somehow lost half a set of FSA veros so if anyone has a left crank arm going spare that would be ideal. Would take any old basic one in 175mm. Ideally black but don't really care as it's for the claud butler.

EDIT: Found it. What a rollercoaster.

  • Got the MTB together pretty quickly. Just need some p clips for a basket now.

  • Got all the stuff together to build the Singular Osprey now. It's grubby but I'm seeing if the scuffs will buff out before deciding whether to paint it. There are some chips too, but nothing too bad. Build will be with 11 speed 105, some Hope/Velocity wheels and PDW guards, so should turn out pretty nice.

  • Still dibs if you sell that!!

Looking forward to seeing it build up

  • Reckon this will be nice. Scuffs came off nicely, and I've touched up the worst of the paint chips. Waiting for the right diameter FD clamp to arrive so I can finish it off.

  • Mudguards aside, this one's finished. Not ridden yet though.

  • Also never posted the bikepacking setup on my Trek Madone. Made the bags for a ride down to Annecy via Paris, Burgundy and the Jura.

  • That Singular is lovely. Great looking bags on the Madone as well.

  • Osprey now for sale here.

  • always love seeing this bike, did you go up/down grand colombier ?

  • Yeah bike is great! Toying with the idea of aero stem/bars combo and deep carbon wheels for this summer.

Nah it was a bit out of the way and I was knackered - last day of that leg of the trip. Col de la Biche is similarly tough though. Beautiful and quiet too. Will definitely go back to the Jura one day and do the Grand Colombier, ideally without luggage.

  • Sold the Singular, but have picked up this very cool Cannondale Road Warrior from @Matisse. Going to build for summer (dry) gravel with 105 11spd, sub-compact chainset, Velocity x Hope Mono wheels, and probably Conti Terra Speeds.

I've got some red TRP CX9s, so trying to decide how USA to go on the colour scheme. I also have some red tubeless valves in the parts bin. Maybe blue handlebar tape too?

  • De bien belles choses ici : )

  • Here we go.

  • Finally got round to finishing this. Should be fun!

  • Very cool!

  • Trek will be for sale in a week or so, making way for a new basso astra. May also sell one or the other of the Cannondale and on one bootzipper.
