Moustache after 47 days of not shaving. I guess puberty still lies just out of my grasp.

Grim shabbiness, way past previous ‘PB’. Can feel the wind in my whiskers on the bike. I’m successfully not trying to grow a beard, I’m just not shaving: there is a difference.

Here's what I wish someone had told me: it's not as simple as not shaving. Grow it out a couple of days, and then go at it with a beard trimmer. This mashes all the ends to make them blunt, compared to a razor, which leaves the ends very sharp. never managed a beard before - even had to wake up in the middle of the night to shave because it was so itchy.
Keep up with the beard trimmer - you don't need a neckbeard.

I never knew this beard growing lark was such a pain.
Coming from someone who hasn't shaven (apart from neck and cheeks) since lockdown.
Ok it’s off. Relief status: instant.
