Yeah, I'm from Oxford originally and my folks now live in a small village about 10 miles to the north, we see a barn own in their back garden almost every evening through spring and summer, such an incredible sight!

I was reading that earlier totally forgot he did the banner for that rag.

Don't get me wrong, I love Hockney. Hung a show of his recently - probably one of my favourite things I've worked on in the last few years. Have to admit I think the iPad stuff is absolute shite tho.

Yeah not my cup of tea either.
they had that massive painting of the trees in HK a few months ago its mad how big it is.

I am aware of the Sun banner thing - I don't see what that has to do with the content of the Guardian article.
