Looking good bud, can’t wait to see how it progresses!

Are you doing this under permitted development? I'm assuming not. Sorry if mentioned already.

I am - I dug 30cm+ below ground level to keep the height under 2.5m
That being said, I have looked through the local planing portal to see what they do / do not allow - There are a lot of outbuildings on the neighbouring and adjacent properties, many in excess of what is allowed under PD.
There have been investigations, but no enforcement - the planning offices have been fairly generous in their judgements.
It's also exempt from most building regs (other than part P) as it's *ahem* below 15 sqm
For the most part, it does comply with building regs though. And if it didn't, an extra 100mm of PIR would take 1.5sqm off the floor space.

Bump.
What's this looking like now? Windows? Cladding?
Not trying to be pushy, just curious.

Good timing!
Cladding is actually on order at last, so battening is going on this week.
Door blank is being delivered this afternoon (for the shed door), to be attached with 8 inch projection hinges.
Plasterboard will be put up & taped this weekend.

This place is going to get hot af in summer, I reckon - Even when it has been 2 degrees outside, the sun warms it right up.
I have wiring in place for an all-in-one wall mounted aircon, should I decide to go that route.

Awesome work and thanks for all the pics.
Looks like you're almost there. 👍

Do it. I regret not.

The shed I've got coming in April is Tyvec wrapped on the inside. I will have to do a lot of reading before I try to insulate it.

Moar wood. Bit of larch this time. So expensive. Ouch.

Can you retrofit some?
I'm looking at one of these:
It's a through-the-wall single unit. All I'll need to so is put two 150mm holes through everything (all of the wiring is in place).

Next up - thicc door needs big boye hinges.
I've written "hinge" on the door, so you can see that it is a willing participant in this.

Cladding is waiting on Osmo to be delivered - then it needs to be sanded back, cleaned a bit with meths, treated with a base coat (both sides), left to dry, and then treated with UV oil (on the outside).
Which is going to be dull.

Don't you have children for jobs like that?
