Is this the smallest frame on the planet or did you buy hydro disc brakes for a tandem by mistake? Long hoses are long.

The brakes were on my Omnium cargo before this

Preeety much ready to ride. Rear hose should be shortened, can't be bothered today, will ride it like this tomorrow.

Volume spacers, grips, stem - sorted.

Only had road 10spd chains so will stick with this older one for now.

Still need a new gxp bb asap.

Does barspin, bars are fking wide for that though

These will have to go at some point, only chose them because they were dirt cheap.

Might go a similar colour to the saddle if I'm lucky.

Went for a ride yesterday, bike feels good!
I've found the manual spot, even managed a few small jumps, maybe @Dogs caught my attempt at a tyre grab?

So far I'm happy with where the stem is, but the spacer stack will probably stay for a while, I have no issue with it...yet!
Seatpost needs a bleed, that or it goes back to SRAM.
New bb and chain are a must!

Got out on this today. Only a short ride to check out some of the local trails in the snow. The Reverb stuck down in the cold, needs a bleed 🙄

It wants new pedals, even the long pins on these are a bit diddy for me. 1x lever level for the Reverb.
