Great build & amazing paintjob but I'm not a big fan of that fork-headtube transition tbh.

Gary was a bit of a mad hatter when it came to weird solutions and the fork is 1 1/6" and held with a collet in the Airhead headset. Super light, but wonky, which I do like.
But I am facing a purchase of the Airhead tool (proprietary), an adaptor from 1" to 1 1/6" (just in case) and the Airhead bearings.
Fin.
