LL = land lord
TDL = to do listHaving just paid a "guttering specialist" £120 to possibly fix the gutter down pipe...after my OH spotted that he'd incorrectly diagnosed the issue (£270 to replace the corner), my point still stands. Houses are a pain in the arse.
I wish I had somewhere to store a fuck off big ladder so I didn't have to pay for the privilege of rolling the dice on a builder of whatever ilk probably not turning up so they can probably not do what I've paid them to do.

haha, I had no idea that came from you,, all are obvious now I've been told - [tot up the job list for the ladder a good triple 30' ~£350 can be stored outside]

I feel the responsible reminder to say here is if you keep a ladder down the side of your house, make sure it’s locked to something solid with a big chain. Otherwise you’re going to come home one day to find some fucker has used it to break into your house.
That said, back to the bar lads 👍

I've got one of these

There’s some decent telescopic ladders out there as well. Not light but much more compact and can also be stored inside. Haven’t heard of one that’s 30’ though.

Must be a big bed to have Firs underneath it.
I didn't get any of the abbreviations in that - so I'd best get out before asked to leave
