I’m such snob that I think eating a crisp sandwich is basically an admission of utter failure akin to just taking a shit on yourself on the street. To me it would be a white flag and a red flag at the same time.

I knew it was going to the golf club thread :) golf club food is chicken in a basket, Dover sole, and roast dinner…you don’t get creative cooking on a budget in a golf club.

Isn't chicken in a basket for the posh bit at Romford dog track...by posh I mean getting the chicken in a basket included in the price and access to the VIP area.

Used to be the similar at Wimbledon dogs, chicken in a basket included in ticket price. Don't remember a VIP area however.
