Conclusive proof at Golf club, Range Rover with vanity plate couldn’t park within 20meters of the door so has dumped it on the roadway but. The Club Captain won’t be pleased

Edit - might be too late, it would seem the police have gone in. I'd have thought this would technically be a civil dispute? Or at least they could certainly treat it that way. Assume some of the neighbours don't like it and called their mates to get the coppers to sort it.
