Someone looking to improve their swing?

Home saunas, anyone have one? I'm thinking of creating a small wet room/sauna

When we bought our house it had a sauna built by the previous owner. Problem was he was a jockey and of small stature. It had been built for him to recover after riding. The bench was only five and a half foot long so we couldn’t lie down on it, and there wasn’t the height above to be able to sit on it.

We removed the sauna, and are just finishing using the pine from it as kindling. The insulation was full of dead mice and their nests. All in all pretty grim.
