As our residents outed brexit voter hows it working out from your perspective?
What you were hoping for / expecting ?

People down here mostly don't seem realise how unpopular Boris is in Scotland. His schtick doesn't play there; the public school buffoon stereotype that seems to work so well in England is a widely loathed stereotype North of the border.

Well, nobody thought it would play out like this so I'm as in the dark as any remainer.
It's definitely interesting though. The politics of our time!

Granted it’s not quite at Scottish levels, but the public school buffoon type is unpopular amongst a lot of the English too.

Watched a news snippet in the north west of england interviewing a bunch of disinfranchaised people that have never voted at all.
Most saw Boris as anti establishment and wouldn't hesitate voting for him..mainly for his anti immigration stance. Strange as when he was mayor he was very pro immigration, basically He says what ever he needs to at the time.
In essence he is truly the British trump..just wittier. -

And pertinent to the above comment....
Welcome to imported American politics...

Further more...massive American trade deal will come. First up our food standards will go out the window and they will push shed beef and chlorinated chicken. American agriculuture are lobbying already.
Perhaps after NHS could be etched away at slowly with the prime cuts going to US companies.
What we have to gain bar some Milatry deals is anyone's guess?
Financial services?
F**kin disaster. -

I don't think Boris has any strong convictions other than of his own self worth
