Finally happened this morning. Cycle police at the bottom of London Bridge gestures for me to come over whilst waiting at the lights. Assume it has nothing to do with being brakeless as most people don't notice due to a front rack. Tells me its illegal etc and asks me what size fine I want, I reply that I'll walk to the Evans behind us and get a brake installed now instead of a fine which he agrees to. Surprised its still on the police radar these days and still bringing up Charlie
