I don't want to return to earlier discussions in this thread, but I really think that the GoFundMe could do with a lot more specific figures about how the raised money is to be spent. You say you have crafted a business plan to make it all more sustainable and it would be great to see at least some of that plan on the GFM to give an idea of where the $$ will actually go and how it will be different and better than before. Otherwise it just seems a little fluffy, no offence. I'd be glad to hand over some cash if the plan felt more substantiated.
Either way, good luck to BRP.

I wish you all the best scott on this, but I'm in no way of a position to donate when there isn't really anything coming to me in the end like as said with a kickstarter which even then isn't guaranteed.
As soon as you have tangible products tho ie a messenger bag I will save and buy one.

No disrespect intended here, but I've already explained several times now what the money will be going on.
I'm not going to post a shopping list of the lengths of scaffold tube, the number and type of scaffold joints, this brand of worktop, these types of bolts, this brand of custom fabric, this brand of buckles, this engineering companies machining time, this factories sewing time.
Some of my suppliers I don't want to share as I'm very protective of the materials I've managed to source that other companies haven't yet.
As I've said many times... This is gofundme, not kickstarter... This is how it works.
Not a single person who has been generous enough to donate so far has asked to see a list of every item, brand, supplier, or company I will be spending the funds on.
My gofundme isn't unique in what it is doing. Its not trying to cheat people out of their hard earned money. It's simply doing the same thing, in the same way as the thousands that have come before mine, and the thousands that will come after...and that is trying to start a business.
Some of the campaigns have a LOT less information about what they're trying to do than mine, and they're still receiving thousands of pounds in donations from people who wish to see them make a success of their business.
I'm not asking for hundreds of pounds from people... Even just a few quid will help. If you need to see a list of every item your money will be spent on before you're prepared to part with the price of a beer, then buy the beer instead and maybe raise a toast to wish me luck.
Nobody is under any obligation to donate. Simple as that.As I said before... Thanks to those who have. I will be adding updates to the gofundme page with each bit of progress your generosity allows me to make.
I can only explain the same things so many times, so I'll just leave it up to you to decide whether or not you wish to donate.
Yours sincerely,
Scott -

Ffs... I literally just got the thread back on track!
I've got more important things to do with my time right now than make Alias's... And no, it's not my girlfriend either. My girlfriend isn't even ON the forum! -

Awesome... I need more bullshit posts to help my campaign.
Look at the date, and I'll repeat it again. My girlfriend isn't even ON the forum... But I hope you feel better about your little investigation.

Shit slinging? You mean pulling Restrap up on copying my saddlebag design and claiming full credit for it everywhere possible.

If you've all finished digging up dirt, I'll try and get back to something more important to me again.

I know this has been asked already but Scott, where is your social media presence?!
Surely reaching your goal would be easier if there was at least an insta chock full of some of your interesting pieces and pics over the years? Person in a grobag springs to mind!
