I can understand your frustration, at some point you just want to build and ride the bike. Glad to hear it gets sorted though, I'm sure it will be worth the wait!

2 weeks gone since one pm with some promises about pictures and shipping arrangements, and nothing since. Makes me think there is nothing to actually take pictures of. @coldharbour sort if out mate. Show some progress or issue a refund. It's just not funny anymore.

And while we're at it, the refund for the headset and the wrong kind of fork is also still not issued.

Sorry to hear this! At this point a full refund is the only way to go imo. You've been waiting super long, you get treated without respect and there are too many bad memories connected to this frame now.

At this rate it looks like I won't get shit. Complete fucking ghosting, still, and nothing to show for but a faulty frame, a fork I cannot use, lots of parts I bought for the build that I also cannot use and a 4000 dollar hole in my pocket.

What can I say? I am beyond disappointed. I'm sitting here at the other side of the world, and my desire to keep alive some sort of connection to the forum has come an bit me in the arse royally. FML.

P sure Talbot in its current form has been shut down, Matt wants/needs to concentrate on Isen full time to make that work. Hence neglecting the Talbot side of things. Its a massive fucking shame and he's leaving a sour taste in the mouths of a lot of people by acting like this

I don't give a rats ass about that. I waited a fucking eternity for a frame and got a dogs breakfast, a chipped fork and no headset. Then was promised a swift remedy in form of an up-to-scratch frame despite asking for a refund.
Then was told he was already mitring tubes and it'll only be a week or whatever ... and then I went onto the ignore list.

It's well easy to ignore someone who has already paid you a decent amount and sits on the other side of the world.

It is the single worst commercial experience I had in my life, and I would advise anybody thinking about getting a custom frame from anyone to learn from this shit and make sure and to not hand over $$$ until frame has arrived and passed muster.

Not cool, and bad press for Isen as well. Isen should have an interest in solving this before moving onwards

You could contact the local trading standards to where they are based . See how you lye under distance selling regulations .
You also have my sympathy not that will help get matts finger out of his arse .
