• Serotta Coeur d'Acier frame, Serotta F3 fork with titanium dropouts and Chris King Sotte Voce 1 1/8" headset.

Frame is 54cm x 54cm and an absolute joy to ride. Something special about Serottas. Those who have owned one will vouch for this. Their own proprietary SE steel tube set with carbon seat stays and carbon fork. Pics of bike for illustration only. Thought this would be the first to go when I was having my garage clear out as it's rare and amazing and beautiful. But it's still here and I need the last few items shifted so genuine last price drop and a bargain for a forumger somewhere in LFGSSland I'm sure.

Obviously it's a used frameset so has a few signs of use, most notably when the chain has had a nibble of the paint of the chainstay and also under the fork where presumably a stone or similar has got dragged through between the tyre and fork. But once built it really is a stunning machine.

£700 collected from me (near Maidstone) or £720 posted. These framesets were £3,700 without the CK headset, but as they're not made anymore this is a rare chance to get your hands on one of the last Serotta steel frames made. Any questions, please ask. Thanks.

  • Cinelli Vigorelli Frameset size small

Rides as good as it looks. And it looks GOOD. Used as my summer fixed gear bike, so reserved for warm dry days. A1 condition as a result. Pictures don’t do it justice, it’s a proper head turner.

I’ve done several centuries on this but I’ve mainly used it for 1 hour threshold blasts and that’s where it really comes alive - it’s really quick!

It’s a size small (has an effective horizontal top tube of 53.5cm), geo is the same as the new colour way, here:

£300 for the frame, fork and headset collected from Maidstone area, £320 delivered. Pics of whole bike for illustration again. Ta.

  • @Arunciks replacement frame for your Cinelli?

  • Will let my friend know about the serotta so - not 100 percent sure it’ll fit him.
I’m currently on hols in the states but could contact him next week- 3rd / 4th January

  • Thanks Justin. How tall is your friend? Do you need more geo measurements? Hope you’re enjoying your trip. Safe return journey.

  • Can't believe these haven't been snapped up at these prices.

    Will PM about the Serotta

  • I'm after a 54cm geared frame/bike, I prob shouldn't buy this though, right?

  • I have had the pleasure of Yetidamo's company a few times. Off-road rides in Kent. and a few cross races. I can say that, whilst he isn't the prettiest person alive, he is a top bloke and a phenomenal cyclist who buys and knows nice bikes. A very good person to buy off.

  • I want to snap up the Serotta but we worked out that it is a little too long for me.

  • Will someone buy the fucking Cinelli so Satan can stop tempting me with it?

  • I would have bought it already for my gf if it wasn't size small... so I'm afraid I can't help.

  • Why shouldn't you buy it? Too much radness? ;0)

  • 2nd prettiest?

  • Haha. Don't think you'll lose your soul if you go for it. If anything he'll commend you for saving over 50% off the RRP!

  • Can't imagine it's too small for her, unless you're dating Miranda Hart? I'm guessing it's too big? I'm 5'9" and it fitted me like a glove with a 100mm stem.

  • She's 6'1"... The sad thing is that I know she'd love the frame.

  • Get one in a bigger size. They're genuinely amazing, and she's worth it <3

  • Haha yeah! Yeah it's a great frame, I just can't afford one new full-price.

  • Is the Serotta custom geometry and have you had it since new? It’s very tempting...

And is there a head tube measurement?

  • Thanks for the interest. I've had it since new. Stock 54cm geo.

That is 54cm x 54cm i.e. top tube measured horizontally centre to centre and seat tube centre of BB to centre of the seat tube. The head tube measures 130mm excluding the headset and measured from the fork crown to the top of the headset is 155mm. The seat tube measured centre of the BB to the top of the Serotta branded seat post clamp is 56.5cm.

The BB is English threaded so takes outboard cups. A big thumbs up for me vs press fit. If you have any other questions please let me know. Ta.
