Surly Ultra New or Paul Components are the easiest to find but not cheap. There's a trials bike hub that you can use too (Tartybikes?) But uses a splined cog rather than threaded. I think Mack will also make them too, but they're not on their website.

Happy with how this turned out, just wish I could be bothered to take some nicer/better pics outside. Contemplating moving from 49x18 to 48x17 but I'm not sure my knees will thank me.

You'd have to shorten the chain, and then you'd just be annoyed at having to find a second master link to lengthen it again when you saw the error of your ways
