• It's with a heavy heart that I'm saying goodbye to the most Bling bike I've ever owned. Unfortunately I've just gone off the boil with road cycling the past couple of years and can't justify keeping this as its hardly getting any use. Plus I've gone to the dark side need the funds to contribute towards buying a faster motorbike...

I bought the frame from this forum about a year ago, it has been professionally painted by Colourburn studio and looks absolutely stunning in the flesh.
I wanted this to be a bike for life so have built it with the best components I could afford, being a Shimano man, Dura Ace was the only choice, and light fulcrum racing zero alloy wheels finish it off. The complete build came to 8.4 kgs last time I weighed it, not too shabby for a steel framed bike. Also, owned by a bike mechanic so it's been fastidiously fettled and maintained to keep it in tip top condition.

The bike has been used and there are a couple of paint chips but all very minor, can send pics to serious buyers on request

    1600.00 for the complete build
1300.00 for complete bikes minus wheels
600.00 for frame, fork, hope headset and shimano bb

no haggling. the prices are the price's. very reasonable considering the spec.
PM for full spec, can do a few different stem length/seatpost offset and gearing options if interested in a complete build. Also based in Leeds, so postage will most likely need to be arranged.

  • Size might help. Bargain for the frame though.

  • size? sort of looks like 55/56cm tt?

    eyelets for mudguards?

  • sorry completely, forgot sizing! its a 55cm effective top tube, head tube is 15cm, but steerer tube is long enough to run about 17-18 cm of stack with spacers.

  • no provision for guards, its an all out race geometry and clearances type of affair

  • I think I already dismissed these frames as I want to run 32mm tyres. Good shout though.

  • Very good price for the frame considering the paint job. Almost tempted to buy this one and sell mine with the stock paint.

  • Nice bike buddy ;) i got 953 myself and those are nice machines

  • Bargain !!

  • Frame no longer for sale, decided to part this out and keep the frameset for the while as I reckon I will instantly regret selling... if anyone is interested in the groupset or wheels they are now up for sale on the components classifieds, cheers!
