When I did my solo failed chase on Sunday the descent through the estate was my fav bit - I would LOVE to give that a go from the bottom. It would be like a mini Muur!

It's a superb hill

Sweeping corners, a steep finish and some questionable architecture make it a heady hills cocktail

I think you are right. I piss off enough people running up and down it already. Might try riding it very early / late one day, just to see.
