  • The GPS hasn’t recorded me in it, although I definitely was. I didn’t go off the road like it shows either.
    I don’t mind missing tiles when it’s my fault but frustrating when it’s not.

  • Splice in the gps coords that would trigger it then re upload new adjusted file.
    Or spoof it with a tcx for how far up the road you went. That's what I've done for the coast path walking pre GPS recorder. Not perfect.

  • How can I do that?

  • Ride with GPS, plot the extra bit you rode. Save it. Export as TCX. Open with notepad or other . txt editor.
    There's some bits you need to delete and bits to add to make it a tracklog. I'll send a DM when I get home.

  • Thanks that’s be great

  • Clocked up 600km in the last two weeks;
    7365 tiles, average of 2.969 km per tile
    Max square 28x28
    Max Cluster: 1160

  • I'm pretty tired after a ride so I could easily be doing something wrong but my most recent activities aren't showing on RWGPS via Statshunters. I think my subscription to RWGPS renewed yesterday so I'm guessing it has something to do with that.

    Any ideas on how to fix it or to link them together again? The activities are showing up on VV and Strava.

  • Do you mean your tiles aren't showing up in RWGPS? The chrome/firefox extention is enabled?

  • It seems to have fixed itself now, strange. Thanks though.

  • By way of an update;
    Max square 28x28
    Max Cluster: 1274

  • On the planning front I have a few random squares that aren’t visited on the plug in for RwGPS. They are in VeloViewer.
    Is there any simple way to try sort this?

  • Under the 'w'of Watford, riding the Harefield Spider will be a good start.
    The bridlepaths of Ruislip Woods allow cycle use.
    You'll probably need to use the footpaths along the west side of RAF Northolt
    through to Ickenham Marsh.

  • Do you have a route for the Harefield spider at all?

  • 30x30!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

  • Nice 👌

  • Very good. I see more Harrow in your future...

  • I’m at 27. Hope to reach 30 by the winter.

  • Still at 20x20 and requiring significant mountain biking to expand it which is a pain as I don't have a car.

    Also annoying due to the geometry of the coastline means I can only really expand in one direction.

  • 30x30 was my year goal and when that looked viable I added filling in the M25. So that’s next.

  • 36x36 here.

    Getting harder to add to obviously, although I think 42x42 is where it will start becoming ridiculous. This is particularly because all of mine are ridden out from home rather than involving a train or other form of transport to reach the outskirts of the square. No issue with people doing that btw, just not what I’ve done and I quite like the challenge now.

  • I’d ride from home if I had the time!!

  • Ha! Sometimes it’s not easy to find the time as you say, and often it’s only for a handful of tiles. We’re all only playing against ourselves though so even if it takes me the next 10yrs I’ll be happy.
