Also, don't be embarrassed or frightened to see a GP for a professional opinion (if you suspect something abnormal, not just for fun)
They are trained for this sort of thing. -

Fully behind this. Have got myself checked out a few times and the efficiency of these people with dealing with these sorts of thing is amazing. 18-45 is the danger time for this sort of thing as well. Get it done!

Good advice all round, but can I add that, only you know if something isn’t right with your own body. So if you suspect something ain’t right, keep pushing your doctor until it’s sorted.
I only say this because a few years back, someone I know found a lump, had it checked by a doctor who said “It’s nothing.” Thankfully he didn’t take the doctor’s word for it, went back three weeks later, adamant that something wasn’t right and lo and behold, it was actually cancer.
Swift surgery, he’s fine now, but it very easily could have been another story.

Anyway, this forum is mostly male and I'm assuming that a lot of us fall into the age bracket of most concern.

Yep, it’s part of the annual medical. Last time out I said I do check myself and he said show me. Then gave me a proper schooling. So if you do see someone to get checked, get a lesson in diy and commit to a monthly check. Choose the same date each month to make it a thing that you do rather than something you put off.

So hi! Timely reminder here. Check yourself before you wreck yourself. If you have any concerns about your nads, don't be worried about going to the doctor . Any lumps, Any aches, any pains, any changes at all...show your doctor. It's really not a big deal.
Public service announcement over.

Thanks mate.
Check your testicles every month. Learn what they feel like and pay attention .
Cyclists can be accustomed to discomfort in that area. Dont dismiss it. It always worth checking out.
I don't update this thread because I think it's a good idea, I know it's a good idea. Personal experience. Do it.
Many healthcare providers suggest that all men should check their testicles for abnormalities on a regular basis.
Testicular cancer is rare and responds very well to treatment. The sooner you catch it, the better. In addition, there are several fertility threatening but treatable conditions that a regular inspection could catch early.
Don't be dumb, grab hold of your plums.
