Yes- that's the half an hour of fiddling I mentioned, which if you get handed a bike that's "just not shifting right" can be checked in a couple of minutes with the correct tool in order to see if it's at home to Mr Bendy, and will therefore not be amenable to delicate adjustment of the cable tension over (say) a 30 minute period.

Rockshox - not really,
- knippex
- Hex sockets
- A pipe with a hole in it to attach shop towel
- A little syringe
Lower leg/50 hour service is pretty much just cleaning. 200 hour is a job for the tuners.

There's a youtuber who sells repros of that style of wrench - https://www.handtoolrescue.com/
Edit: Too slow, wot Ed said

They're really nice to use, very precise with non of the slop that you have to accept with a normal adjustable spanner.
The 3D jigsaw puzzle element of making a toolbox is quite fun, I reckon the Peli Case 1510 is a better bet than the 1560 because it can be carry on, if needed. Or am I overthinking this as it'll always go in the hold/in the boot?

Carry on ability seems pretty useless - airport security wouldn't let you take most of the contents onboard I would think.
-
• #4096
Are you allowed to carry on a hammer?
-
• #4097
Good point. I had not thought of that, which shows that I am an idiot.

That’s why you have an estate car, right?

A "Girder" spanner. I have the larger No9 in my van tool box. Spanner must 75 years old. Very large jaw opening for size of spanner.

You can notice this when it’s shifting unusually and visually not hard to see it bent.
