They are heavy, but the extra support is nice

I wanted the pins, as I've got a bit bored of trying to clip in and having zero grip on the pedal until I do.

DMR Vault though... especially the Brendan Fairclough signature edition with the moto pins...

There's no better pedal. Lighter and grippier than Saints.

Meant to have a demo Hightower next weekend. Intending on heading to Swinley with both that and the Scalpel on the roof if anyone fancies joining? I’m hoping my bust rib will have fixed itself by then.

Demo bike - picked it up from Moose late Friday arvo and drove down to The Wales with Howard, stayed in the Premier Inn nearby, at BPW for a full Welsh Breakfast at 08:30 this morning.

Really good day out, and no (more) fractured ribs, which was a feature of my last ride on a Hightower.

I'll be heading to Swinley with it and the Scalpel tomorrow to ride them back to back, if anyone fancies it.

Would love to, but visiting my folks in Oxfordshire. Next time. And if bpw is on the cards again, I'm always up for that.

Glad the ribs remained intact today.
