How wide are these?

80mm at their widest point. 40mm narrowest at the top where they run under the mudguard.

If you've had a change of heart and decided you'd rather not have one after all can you pm please! I'm not a monied man and would rather not end up with 5 or 6 flaps to try and fit on the two bikes I own. Will have some time for proper admin tomorrow night, so will send out some pm's about paying for these and likely timescale etc.

The guy making these has come back with that they'll be ready "in time". I think I misunderstood something along the way and believed they'd be quicker... Does he need a certain number (not just ours) before he sends them to be printed?

Thanks dude. He runs batches of 100 at a time. Was considering doing a standard non TNRC LFGSS flap too. But there's no design currently for that. Be surprised if there wasn't enough interest though. He does do a pre-order thing so if I did that he could administer and post but they would cost a bit more.

Sorry guys - house move, job hunt, etc all getting the better of me. Will drop the guy an email and see what he says.

From what I understand about the process is that the mudflaps are printed in orders of 100 (something to do with the size of the plastic sheet maybe?) so company needs enough cumulative orders to meet that mark. I think we have been waiting for other customers to place orders totalling up to 100, but hopefully the threshold will be reached soon so we can receive them.

In the hiatus, can I make a request? It would be cool if the flaps contained some kind of reflective material. Is that possible?

Raw mudflaps should do this?

I'm chatting to the guy at RAW. The proposition is good - potentially front and back flaps (or just back if you prefer) with reflective details (@mashton) etc. Just want to make sure I've got all the information before saying we're gonna go down that route. Will update when I've got definite info.

Yeah it was the RAW site that gave me the idea. I like their stealth black reflective ones.

Change of direction - TopFlaps were gonna be too slow so we're going with RAW. PMs sent out to all on the list.

Working through some file conversion issues with the guy - his svg conversion is problematic blah blah. But, the order list has been sent on and these are in progress.
