Hi - the emperor is still available and it may be a shade on the small side for someone of your height, not to say it won’t fit you if you use a longer stem etc
Postage to Budapest is no problem, previous quotes I had for others interested suggest around £35 for postage

Ha, erm to be honest this type of bike is not my area of expertise... my friend had a pair of rigid nukeproof and the ones in the picture but I found him a genesis equilibrium disc that suited his needs better...
I’ll have a google and get back to you! I think thorn do a fork for it?
