Have gone for RAL 3032 Pearl Ruby Red Gloss. Decals will be dead. Might look into making some dean logos in vinyl to stick on seatpost. Don't want to mess with wet clear over trad. decals on powder.

Update - things have happened - ethically LFGSS sourced etc. Colour is not exactly what i imagined but I think i'm into it and its a beautiful job. Have been all over the shop wobbling about mix of black and silver and gunmetal - think it will balance out. Just a bike after all. Need to paint the seatpost aero bits black having made a right balls of removing the miche logos.

Now realise I have no idea what the rules are about bar / shifter angles or what a road bike even should feel like to ride or actually does it even fit me.

Also now no money for all the silly outfits and shoes i'm told I need ... bikes suck.

I had a couple of Nigel Dean 531c frames back in the day, inc one in hot pink. They rode really well, a great buy for the money 👍🏼
