  • Kinda gives me American Apparel shop vibes, back when they used to have them here!

  • Is this a good thing?

  • I thought those shops looked pretty cool inside, yes. Although I just had a look at some pictures and it was actually that they used metal grid panels over white walls. And they hung stuff off the metal grids. Visually, it looked similar, that's why it reminded me. About the best pic I could find.

  • I see! I was going for European Grid/Minimalism/Urinal/Berlin Cafe

  • looks great as does the seatpost, love your pantographed stuff

  • Ta buddy ❤️

  • I kept coming back to this bike from the earlier work-in-progress photos as you built it up and did the paint and bags. It's just so good. I'm a sucker for a 1x road/gravel crossover and this is spot on.

Reposted for a new page because I like it.

  • This is a great bike but the dimensions look a bit weird to me...the steep and long headtube combined with a short wheelbase and an almost slammed stem. I know you said before that you don't like the look of spacers with the fat headtube, but wouldn't a shorter tapered headtube with an external headset look better? Not trying to be negative, just curious about your ideas of the design.

Edit: that was meant for Hulsroy

  • love the sick fadez ! color coordination superb as always. I would love to see more hulsroy pantographed small metal goodies like the seatpost, e.g. stems, bars, little light-hanger thingies and so on :) wish you all the best for bespoked !

  • Beautiful, geometry looks tight. Looks like loads of fun.

  • Well, I think it looks alright proportionally. It obviously very upright but that sort of what my body dictates. Tight wheelbase is fun but I will be making my next one longer I promise.

  • Thanks. It is nimble and great fun.

  • Thank you. I owe the paint job points to Carbel Colours.

Panto is my thing I feel. Just need to find customers will to pay me to write my name all over their components :)

  • What are the head-tube and seat-tube angles?

  • Ht73.5° and St73°

I feel like custom bikes should be allowed to be different than off the peg stuff. And I like trying stuff out. Next one will have 74-75° st and 72.5° ht but more rake on the forks

  • Probably an optical illusion due to the camera, but looks steeper.

    Lovely bike though. Enjoy it.

  • Nice, nice, nice. Looking forward to seeing you and the final diorama at Bespoke!

  • How are we supposed to measure the scoblebricks if the squares don't reach all the way to the bars

  • linear projection

  • It is exactly scoblebricks i had in mind. The finished set will allow for measurements i promise. Just be patient 😂

  • Please let me know if you ever decide to part ways with it 🙏🏻

  • No way the backdrop looks like American Apparel!
