  • This is the current state. All joints are tinned and onces soaked and cleaned I will do some nice fillets on the shoulders.

Forks are A-C 395mm and 100/15 TA with room for a 26x2.4" tyres

  • I really like that fork.

On the cargo, can’t you change the chain line with a different bb?

  • Not without changing the cranks for something with wider q factor

  • very unique way of modding this fork. good work!

  • I like that a lot.
I’ve thought of doing something similar in the past. Except instead of a removable rear triangle. I thought a pivot at the top of the seat stays that also acts as the binder for the post and bolt at the BB would mean the rear triangle would sit over the top tube. Provided there’s no brake bridge that is.
It sort of works in my head for a track, fixie skidder.

  • I need a drawing to understand what you mean I think.

  • Thanks.

Got a bit further with it today:

  • Love these forks - so good.

  • Thanks.
For what they are I do like them. There is lines and angles I'd like to change if I had made them from the ground up and bi-lam is a bit silly in my books, but that said I did enjoy making them and I bet they will look great on the bike once it all comes together

  • The Plummet is done for now. Super stoked on how it came out. It's a shame the paint is holding up but it looks cool.
The good thing is a new paint job means a new colour and I get to do it all again.

  • Jesus, that saddle is pristine. Bike's OK too, I guess.

  • It is just sooooooo fucking nice. Think I paid 50gbp.
I am not gonna be fun to be around the day I rip it.

  • Super nice man

  • This keeps looking excellent

  • very very handsome

  • Thanks guys

  • You have an amazing sense of colour !
Looking forward to whatever the next project might be :)

  • Thank you ❤️

Next up is a stem/rack/bag project with @tijmen.
Then likely a bicycle for @spotter. And then @amey is actually up on my list? But he signed up back when all he wanted was rim brakes and waxed cotton carradice. And now he hates steel so I don't know anymore

  • The red goes very well with those tanwalls.

  • Most excellent. Love the colour actually. And I don't think I've ever seen such a mint Flite before.

  • Thanks 🙏
