Powder coaters didn't have the colour I wanted so had to settle for RAL 3020.

Found a new way to get stuck seatposts out quicker although with a bit of risk. Done wrong it could go bigly badly.
Cut seat post flush with seattube.
Extend 1" countersink and drill out as much seat post as possible. A countersink is self-centering so as long as you take it easy and keep an eye on things you'll drill out alu post and not the seat tube. This would be better done on a machine with the frame fixed. But I like it ghetto.
Use small reamer and keep reaming till you see seat post.
Curl up remaining seatpost and drag it out and ream seat tube to 27.2mm (obviously there is different diameters out there).

Not really a project I have time for. But now that the frame has an adjustable seatpost I am considering making a fixed gear rando bike again :)
