It's the mix of gloss and matte that looks odd imo.
For what it's worth the cotton tape on my CdF is fine with no extra tape to hold it on

If you lot leave the EU the import duties will probably negate the profits of the exchange rate...

Got some tyres for the cargo project in the post. Maxxis Refuse 27.5 x 2.0" and Grifter 20 x 2.4".

Just waiting for rims, spokes and front hub.

Nice ! I'm interested by the width of your front tire once on the rim.
I took some Torch but found them a bit little.

I shall report back. Rim is 25mm internal
