  • that looks lovely

  • Skov!

    Skog is Swedish

    But same same

  • Thanks. Life's treating me real nice these days

  • Wow, some great riding. Whereabouts in Denmark are you now?

  • It is called Andkær Vig around Vejle. There is loads of good cycling. It doesn't go on and on like USA or Sweden but good enough for me. And it is right on my door steep. Follow me on Komoot for routes.

  • Does indeed look great.
And the doorstep thing sounds so nice for someone who's in the middle of a big city like me.

    Also congratulations on the bike.
Awesome frame, very nice colour and very impressed by the lettering!

  • Thanks man.

    Lettering is all @Manson7am
He runs a hand lettering / screen printing biz called Manson Press in Hackney.
The paint is done by Mario Vaz in Hither Green.

  • Aware that it wasn't you swinging the brush!
The skills have to stop somewhere!

If I manage to build/get built something really nice one day I will ask him about someone local to me.

  • A guy on here sent his frame down from Edinburgh :)
I am fairly certain that wasn't a big deal for Al.

  • Lovely pictures and lovely looking place. Looks very enjoyable

  • I need to go to my workshop to be able to finish things. Steerer needs chopping and I need one of those Di2 cable guides for the forks.
    And a new front mech.
But other than that I am well pleased.

  • Lovely!

  • Them's great tyres

  • Lovely bike mate

  • Yea thats ace. Think u'll need something to stop the rear axle from slipping?

  • It was fine yesterday off-road but I have a modified chain tug I'll pop on. The wheel needs to come in a bit which requires new front mech.

    And thanks guys

  • So sweet, the colour is lush as well

  • Very nice pictures (and bikes obviously). All those wonderful roads, cycling culture AND Legoland (also is with guf) in one place.

  • Closed cam QR? My Casseroll has long horizontal drops. Never slips with a Shimano closed cam QR. Slipped like crazy on my Hope Open Cam QRs.

Edit: Looks great btw. Lovely colour.

  • Yeah! I would never using anything but Shimano QRs

  • My MTB frame is finished at the powder coaters and on it way to Denmark shortly thanks to main man @spotter

  • Do I remember seeing somewhere in this thread that you had brazed a set of these 'tig weld' track ends into one of your frames?

  • Yeah. A couple of times. But not those specifically. My latest frame has the Surly ones and the sscx I built at Stayer Cycles has Bear Components ones.

  • My Envelope Bagworks custom framebag has commenced. This is the material selection.
