Yes. But it really isn't that big of a deal to release the two bolts

I think the swivel makes more sense, the slots can flare with use, so only having one reduces the risk

I'm a bit late given that it's already off and it's replacement is on but couldn't you have dimpled the chainstay and gone 160mm with that other mount?
