That's shit the issue with BB threads. Is there an eccentric BB that clamps itself so you don't need the bolts? Bushnell ebb?

No only this system will work. It is an easy fix for me I just don't have time to do it and it is annoying have to bring it in to work to fix it

No not at all. Consider it a controlled dent.
It is quite easy to do if you just have the right tools. But as I said up stream you don't get many mm out of it -
