I am back in London after a long and needed break.
My now wife's bike is starting to come together but she has requested that we go for silver parts instead of black. So I have started sourcing new parts. Most important is getting her a new less batman like wheelset.
Luckily I have bought myself a new ssmtb so wheels can potentially go on there.

In other news. I bought some Shimano M508 deore levers from CRC back in July. Did not unpack them both until today to realise that the rear is an Acera M398 instead.

That purple bike with some Challenge Dune tyres would be awesome.

They actually do make Kojaks in 700x35.

CRC are fucking up Royaly. First they send me a front deore brake and a rear Acera. Then after I complain they send out a new one. But fuck me, it is another front brake. How does this happen? I thought they were all sorted with robots and super systems.
I might miss the badger thing now..

Probably still too much of a human factor...

Are you after deore? I have a used front and still in box rear, both black, surplus to requirements.
