Also @umop3pisdn or anyone else with a 2016 equilibrium have you tried squeezing larger 700c tyres in W/O guards?

Tyres arrived today. Only had 28c (30 actual) with guards, you could probably get 32c without guards?

Gonna try a spare pair of 35s some time this week, will report back!

I definitely could not fit 35c g-ones in the rear chainstay of my 2014 equilibrium disc. Well, I could, but it was ever so slightly too tight

Looks a lot better without the fanny pack and front rim decals. I would recommend a front rotor though.

It's cables and bar tape away from being finished so I'll report back and share shit photos when finished.

tried a 35mm cyclocros speed tyre in the front of my 2015 equilibrium disc - around 1mm clearance either side. too tight for me.

Ref. 650b in Equilibrium. It's great - clearance is pretty slim in the fork though.

What chainrings are those?

46t BBB with the stock 34t inner.

It's great, much better than 700c. Feels much more sprightly.

Oh, ISIS weirdness. Never mind. It's a standard BSA shell though.

You need an Octalink V1 (Not V2) compatible BSA bottom bracket, e.g. obvs the BB-6500 one.
