They're still being welded together.

Should have taken off that sticker though... dead weight.

In regards to cassettes, I have two Tiso ones that are fully customisable and come in at about 110g for a full block, dropping some sprockets, swapping spacers would make it approximately air g³.
Not saying you need it, just food for thought. I love this weenie ish, been on WeightWeenies for years and have wasted lots of time and an amount of money on light parts, which I have yet to add to a frame (theres so many!).
Its all about bargains for me, I'm terrible with money, in that I have none, tho so I love to see people actually realising their projects. -

Last part of the puzzle! An email tells me the bars arrived today.
Actually still need the cross-top levers. They're not coming from China, need to chase them up.

Do I spend £47 to save 38g on brake and gear outers?
Does anyone have 400mm of gear and 850mm of fancy brake outer they'd like to part with?

You can justify it through improved braking/shifting if that helps

Planet X CNC brakes, I'd be better dragging my feet.

I don't understand why people say this, mine is really really good.

Oh that's good. They've been sitting in my parts box for about a year - I've never actually used them.

Cheapest 3g so far...

Every weenie build needs a bit of symbolic drillium. Hope your hub flanges aren't still intact.

I can't unseen what I've just seen!

I can't agree more. I have a pair (of the G-Zero version - same brake, different logo) and they function really well! They are a faff to set up with the cable pinch thing, but once they are set up correctly they brake really well, and have quite good modulation.
Careful with the tiny alan head bolts, they round out easily. I've replaced mine with slightly more durable grub screws for a negligible weight gain. -

weight gain
Unacceptable

Just sent my rear hub back to Germany to have it rebuilt on a new rim so there's gonna be a little pause on this build. Got all the bits though!
Delighted to see you're using the correct forum approved scales.
Yer seat post's a bit heavy tho.
