Fixed on the cheap, for kid carrying duties and/or snow commuting.

Yesterday’s light breeze knocked the bike over when it was leaning against a fence.
Guessing this beauty of an XT mech was already a gone-er. How else could the bolt shear like that?

Where did you get that Giacomelli? That's a local brand from here in Flanders.

Judging by state of the block, neither excessive maintenance or cleaning.
Bit of Gorilla Glue should sort it right out though.

That’s only a week’s use. Put new wet lube on last week and found myself cycling through big nasty every day.
Back home now. Will check it over and use some double sided tape to put it back on.

Been pining over the chain waxing thread, for obvious reasons.

Nah it’s part of the anti-theft measure to keep it as nasty as possible whilst still being efficient to pedal.
Shame it’s currently impossible to pedal.

What is that on the back of the fork?

It's an AMP Research fork, I guess you mean the forks linkage

They had a sort of cartridge too, as far as I remember. My brother used to have one of these for a while. At the time, these were the only suspension forks on the market that had no lateral flex.

I have one attached to a frame in storage in Switzerland, think mine has a spring but there are/were some using elastomers as well iirc

Found a Terra Runner for sale in Geldermalsen NL and agreed a deal with the seller but they are not at all willing to have a courier collect it. Is there anyone here in NL who could collect it and post it to me in London? Willing to pay petrol, time and effort costs for anyone who is kind enough!

Any square taper crank recommendations? Want a 1x setup and need some new cranks with a better BCD for a narrow-wide.
Currently in love with some Middleburn cranks. Not sure if money is best spent elsewhere?
Budget: £50-100

Shimano XTR FC M900 was what I went for. I'm sure someone will turn up with a better answer though.
