Just bombing around the Malvern hills for a couple of days

Lovely , I was out in Malvern a few months ago it’s a nice area .

Sadly going to have to let go of some of my retro MTB 'projects', first up will be a 97 Dean Jester frame set, built from Tange Prestige Ultimate (I think) by Tom Teesdale and with the iconic purple/orange paint job. Frame is the first he built for them (serial is TET 001).

Will stick it in the classifieds when I get some time.

Sorry to dig this up, but that thing is bloody lush! I’ve been working on a Muirwoods a customer hasn’t touched since the late 90’s. Lovely machines. He ended up letting us have it for £30!!

I’ve just snagged this. £120 from Cycle Training Wales, a great social enterprise. I couldn’t say no. (Sorry about the photo, i’m picking it up tomorrow)

1992 Kona Hei Hei Ti

That fork crown, the wish bone stay and those cranks. Damn. That’s why i bit their hand off! Not to mention the rad 90’s paint!

Can't fault you, man. Those wishbone stays were/are beautiful; surely one of my favourite OTP retro MTB frames! Build thread? Obligatory dibs please :-)
