Forgive me if I missed a meeting, but is the idea eventually to carry stock of Isen frames, or is it permanently going to be a "wait for the next batch" deal like the original Flo Wheels business model?

To start with its going to be "wait for the next batch" for the simple reason there isn't the time or space to build or make enough to carry as stock. Eventually we will probably carry minimum stock, but for the time being there isn't going to be warehouses of unsold isen.
You missed the meeting as everyone was sick of you banging on about your one sided bolt through aero tandem fork ("it's the next big thing!") so we had it without you ;)

Do something like Breadwinner and give an outline for the delivery time and allow people to play a deposit. @jonheslop can tell you how easy it was to pay them. https://breadwinnercycles.com/product/b-road/#frame

Yeah it was very easy. They use Wordpress with a commerce plugin (I'm not sure I'd recommend this though). But basically I configured my build, paid up $500 and then I'm in the 12 week queue. They emailed me pretty quick, we talked details. And a while later they generated a payment link for the full amount (PayPal I think) and I paid in full. And a couple of weeks later it was ready.
(then it sat in America for 6 weeks waiting for @Señor_Bear to be my bike mule)

I'll just get my own welding equipment and learn myself. It looks a piece of piss.

You have already done diy carbon repairs, this old tech must be easy.

It's what I did. There is absolutely no reason why you couldn't.
Frame building is just plumbing in a straight line, and many many hashtags.

You could add BLUD on the end too if you wanted to be a bit more edgey.

You mean ENVE?

Go for it. I did. MIG, TIG and brass brazing. OK, I'm not at Matt's standards yet, and not by a long way, but he gets more practice than I do.

I want to build a very particular sort of frame and all the courses seem to be very prescriptive.

I feel like Matt would indulge me

Is it a penis bike? If so, let's talk.

On the second course I did at Enigma with Geoff Roberts I basically just rocked up with a big box of tubes, braze-ons and the like, and told Geoff what I was planning to do. After he'd put his head in his hands and wept gently, he let me get on with it and build the frame I wanted. So it can be done, albeit on a second course in my case. If it was a 1-to-1 course I suspect Geoff could be persuaded to do something out of the ordinary.

Do it Matt. I'm sure Dov will be a total breeze to instruct....
Just think of the money... the dirty, dirty money. -

They're great so far. Mounted tubeless fairly easy (except me fucking up the tape on one of them), and roll nicely. They're about 1kg lighter than Harriet's last set, so make a massive difference to her. I haven't yet stolen them for a ride on my bike, but may do at some point to see how they compare to DT R460 on 350s.

Ah great stuff.
I really struggled getting some Corsa's on!! I'll hopefully find out how they are tomorrow how mine are! -

Pro-ones mounted much easier than on my DT rims FWIW. Don't know if its the extra mm of width, or just a slightly deeper rim bed, or I've just got stronger!
Just the 3 options.
Pay in full lets Dentists go to the front of the queue.
Pay 50/50, (two months pocket money for Mamils?)
Pay 50/25/25, (three months pocket money for enthusiasts?)
