There is no class war
Just a generational war between retired people and most everyone else.
And Labour is popular with people well into their careers, not just students
Interestingly, more Sun voters didn't vote than did.

^ it's The Sun wot has no influence any more
-
• #3908
So not working and being in contact with others you like / have to tolerate turns you into a conservative voter? :)
Maybe I should thank the angry work brexiter, the annoyance is a small price to pay for not going full conservative :p

It's a pity the mail and telegraph readers don't take a leaf out of their book.

28% of the unemployed voted Conservative. Fucking hell.
Also, I love the ineffectiveness of The Sun.

I am told again and again that you get more conservative when you get older - does this hold true in practice?
I started life as a neo con. Based on my current trajectory I'll probably end up as some sort of Futurist Marxist.

Hopefully she will not let it affect her in this way again, if that was the cause of her confusion.

Diagnosed two years ago, though I've got a friend (admittedly with type 1 not type 2) who's had it for years and still has to be kicked into mainlining glucose when they start becoming incoherent.
I'd be a little surprised if she didn't have someone around who could recognise symptoms and suggest she might want to eat something ... (Yes, I know it's not quite as simple as that.)

I am 61...and have voted Labour since 1974....three words to describe me....'grey haired Marxist'...my mother was disappointed that my socialism never lessened...and it still has not lessened.

28% of the unemployed voted Conservative. Fucking hell.
Does that include "too rich to work" and "my husband works in the City"? By "unemployed", do you mean NEETs, or people claiming JSA?

• #3924
I wish my husband worked in the city...

I have decided to start twittering and stop football threading.
Are you calculating SNP against Scotland or the UK as a whole? They didn't run everywhere so you can't do the latter.
